上海市2014—2018年生活饮用水卫生行政处罚案件分析

Analysis on the health administrative penalty cases of drinking water in Shanghai from 2014 to 2018

通过整理2014年5月1日起施行《上海市生活饮用水卫生监督管理办法》后的上海市生活饮用水卫生行政处罚案件,笔者分析了处罚案件的数量、类别、罚款数和案由使用情况,阐述了生活饮用水卫生监管工作面临的问题和生活饮用水卫生法规应用的现状,并在此基础上提出了相应对策建议,为提升生活饮用水卫生监管工作提供参考。

By sorting out the health administrative penalty cases of drinking water after May 1,2014,when'Sanitary Supervision and Management Measures for Drinking Water in Shanghai'was implemented,authors analyzed the number,category,amount of fine about the penalty cases as well as the uses of penalty causes of action.Then,the existing problems faced by the supervision of drinking water and the application status of the sanitary regulations for drinking water were discussed.On this basis,some suggestions were put forward for promoting the health supervision of drinking water.
