Research on Application Status of the National Specification for Medical Service Prices

本文梳理2000年以来,各省(区、市)的医疗服务价格项目收费和管理的相关文件,调研了国家药品和医疗服务价格监测信息系统建设项目中,样本医院医疗服务价格项目管理现状,论述了实行统一的医疗服务价格项目规范的迫切性和必要性,建议管理部门组建稳定、专业的医疗服务价格项目管理人才队伍,做好本地医疗价格规范与《全国医疗服务价格项目规范》的对接和动态更新维护工作。

This paper analyzes the relevant documents related to the charging and management of medical service price items in all provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)since 2000 and investigates the management status of medical service prices in sample hospitals in the National Drug and Medical Service Price Monitoring Information System construction project.It discusses the urgency and necessity of implementing the unified medical service price specification and suggests the administrative departments to set up a stable talent team for medical service price management,do a good job in the docking,dynamic updating and maintaining of the local and national specifications for medical service prices.
