摘要
以福建省三级甲等医院医生为研究对象,选取400名医生进行问卷调研,实证研究个体知识分享意愿和行为、知识获取、工作绩效之间的影响关系。实证研究表明,知识分享行为对医生知识获取具有显著正向影响;知识分享行为、知识获取均对医生工作绩效具有显著正向影响;知识分享意愿对医生知识分享行为与知识获取具有正向调节作用。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 400 doctors in 3 rd-grade hospitals in Fujian province,this paper investigates the influence and relationship between individual’s knowledge sharing willingness and behavior,knowledge acquisition,and job performance.Research shows that knowledge sharing behavior positively affects their knowledge acquisition;both knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge acquisition positively affect their job performance;knowledge sharing intention has a positive regulatory role on knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge acquisition.
