摘要
介绍了用于SiC增强Al基复合材料的微机化超声C扫描成像和软X射线检验方法及检验结果。对大量平板、管子和圆截锥套的试验及对各种缺陷的解剖分析结果表明:超声C扫描法与软X射线法各有其优势和适用性,联合运用此两种检测方法可较有效地检测出材料中的很多缺陷。
This paper describes the testing methods and results with a micro-computerized ultrasonic C-scan imaging system and the soft X-ray radiography for silicon-carbide reinforced aluminium matrix composite.The testing for a number of sheets,tubes,conical sleeves and the micrographic analysis results of defect show that many defects can be availably detected by using the reflecting plate ultrasonic C-scan and soft X-ray radiographic testing methods.
