摘要
以铁磁材料20号钢平板拉伸试样为试验对象,在地磁场环境下试验了拉应力对试件表面磁记忆二维信号的影响。结果表明随着静载荷逐渐增大,试件表面磁记忆二维信号出现先增大后减小再增大的现象,并且在圆孔附近出现法向信号过零点、切向信号出现极大值的现象。此外,还对检测结果进行多特征量的分析,为现有的单一角度评判标准提供了更多地分析角度。
This article selects 20#steel as the tablet tensile specimens for research,the impact of tensile stress on the two-dimensional magnetic memory signal on the surface of the specimen is studied in the geomagnetic field.The results show that:as the static load increases gradually,the specimen surface two-dimensional magnetic memory signal first increases then decreases and afterwards increases again;near the round hole the normal signal appears to zero value phenomenon,and the tangential signal has a great value;In addition,the test results of research and analysis of multi-feature criteria for existing single angle provides more analysis point of view.
