T型焊接接头的超声波TOFD检测方法

Ultrasonic TOFD Detection Method of T-type Welding Joint

针对翼板不受结构条件限制的T型焊接接头,制定了相应的超声波TOFD检测工艺,制作了含有人工模拟缺陷的试块。依据制定的检测工艺对试块进行了超声波TOFD检测,结果表明,模拟试块内的人工缺陷可有效检出,利用超声波TOFD检测该类T型焊接接头可明显提高工作效率。

With respect to the T-shaped welded joint whose alar plates are no limitation of structure conditions,corresponding TOFD detection technology was established.Simulated test blocks containing artificial defects were made.According to the established inspection technology,the simulated blocks were inspected.The results show that the artificial defects can be detected effectively.TOFD detection technology used on the kind of T-shaped Welded Joint can obviously improve work efficiency
