摘要
EPR(European Pressurized Reactor)机组役前及在役检查大纲对反应堆压力容器主螺栓的自动超声检测提出了强制性要求。利用超声仿真技术优选EPR主螺栓超声检查工艺,采用半解析法对五种超声检测工艺进行声场仿真计算,并分析仿真结果;采用基尔霍夫近似理论对五种超声检测工艺声场与缺陷的相互作用进行计算;依据仿真分析结果,优选超声检测工艺,并通过试验证明了优选工艺的可靠性和适用性。
EPR(European Pressurized Reactor)PSI&ISI program requires the Closure Stud must be performed with automated ultrasonic techniques.This paper chooses the ultrasonic inspection by using simulation technique.The ultrasonic field of five ultrasonic techniques was simulated by using semi-analytical method and the results were analyzed.The interaction of the five ultrasonic fields and defects was calculated by employing the Kirchhoff approach and the most suitable ultrasonic technique was selected the based on the above-mentioned results.The reliability and applicability of thus selected ultrasonic technique was then proved by experiment.
