摘要
自动埋弧焊钢管中的焊缝横向缺陷自动超声检测,一般采用一发一收的横向扫查方式进行扫查,即K式扫查;而其手动超声检测采用斜平行方式进行扫查,即在焊缝两侧使探头与焊缝轴线成10°~20°角作两个方向扫查,但在实际工作中该方法对横向缺陷的检出率不高。通过对横向缺陷的分析,以及几种横向检验方法的对比,结合实际情况制定了自动埋弧焊钢管焊缝横向缺陷的自动超声波检测及手工超声波检测的工艺方法。
The method usually employs pitch-catch transverse-scanning,namely K-type scanning,to inspect the transverse defects in automatic submerged arc welded pipe welds by automatic ultrasonic testing methods.As for the manual ultrasonic testing,it normally uses parallel oblique scanning,i.e.scanning in two directions with the angle between the probes and the weld seam being equal to 10°~20°.But the latter method is actually less effective for inspecting the defects.Based on the analysis of transverse defects and by combining with the actual situation and comparing the several transverse test methods,the article aims to develop an inspection process method involving automatic and manual ultrasonic testing for automatic submerged arc welded pipe.
