摘要
利用涡流仪对带涂层碳纤维复合材料的涂层厚度进行测量,分析检测频率及涂层厚度对涡流检测信号的影响,然后利用扫描电子显微镜测量涂层厚度,对比涡流法和电镜法测量所得的涂层厚度值。试验结果表明,两者数值很接近,误差较小。涡流法可望实现碳纤维复合材料涂层厚度的高精度测量。
The experiment of coating thickness measurement of carbon fiber composite was carried out using eddy current instrument.The effects of testing frequency and coating thickness on the eddy current signals were investigated.Then coating thickness of specimen surface was also measured using scanning electron microscopy.The coating thickness values were found to be very close and the error was small by comparing eddy current testing method with scanning electron microscopy testing method.Research results showed that eddy current method was able to be used for measuring coating thickness of special carbon fiber composite precisely.It provided a technical support for the engineering applications of coating thickness measurement of special carbon fiber composite using eddy current method.
