摘要
随着超声探伤仪器性能、功能的提升,产品的输入功率也在增大;而超声探伤仪器对防水、防尘性能有特别要求,故对超声探伤仪器的工业设计提出了新的需求,即工业设计必须基于产品的热设计来进行。基于热设计的基本理论,通过实例介绍了某超声成像检测仪在不同模块不同热设计需求条件下的工业设计。
With the improvement of the performance and function of the ultrasonic inspecting instruments,their input power is also increasing.However,due to the adverse application environment in ultrasonic inspecting instruments,the waterproof and the dustproof for the products are especially required.Thus new requirement has been put forward for the design of ultrasonic inspecting instruments,in other words,the industrial design is strictly in accordance with the thermal design of the products.In this passage,the authors,according to the basic theory of thermal design,illustrate the example to introduce the requirement of industrial design of a certain ultrasonic imaging detector when it is placed in different modules and with different thermal designs.
