摘要
为解决港口进出口现场高强钢板的快速质量检测难题,研制了一种手推式C扫描超声波检测装置。该检测装置由多通道超声仪器、滚筒式探头以及位置调节机构、探头润湿机构、水箱等关键部分组成。在检测过程中,通过对探头垂直度、钢板贴合等机构的调节,以及对声透膜和表面喷水润湿机构的设计,实现了对一定厚度(15~100mm)钢板中缺陷质量的快速检测。数据采集装置采用多通道超声波传感器联合扫查模式和C扫描数据显示模块,以达到成像快速、直接的效果。
This paper aims to study on steel plate quality control method,and to develop a hand push type artificial flaw detection car device.The device adopts multi-channel ultrasonic instruments,cylinder probe and position adjusting mechanism,probe wetting mechanism,tanks and other key parts.This paper to solve the problems,such as:the verticality of probe,steel plate joint institutions,and adjusting the sound and the membrane permeability and water surface wetting mechanism design to achieve(15~100 mm)with a certain thickness steel plate defects in quality control.Data acquisition device is proposed to joint scanning mode,the multiple ultrasonic sensors and C scan data display module.
