摘要
在钛-钢棒材材料爆炸复合工艺中,接合面形貌是反映复合品质的重要指标。采用水浸超声检测方法,针对A扫信号进行研究,通过短时傅里叶变换二次时频变换,将时域上的时间-幅值分布非平稳信号变换成时间-能量信号,并建立超声图像,显示复合面波高及波宽尺寸。试验结果表明,成像结果与实际复合尺寸基本一致。为小径棒材爆炸复合工艺超声评价方法提供了一种新思路。
In the explosive composite process of titanium-steel bar material,the shape of the joint surface is an important index to reflect the composite quality.The ultrasonic detection method of water immersion is adopted in this paper,and research on A-scan signal was performed.Through the short time Fourier transform of the second time frequency transform,the time-amplitude distribution non-stationary signal in the time domain was transformed into time-energy signal,and the ultrasonic image was established through displaying composite surface wave height and width dimensions.The results show that the imaging results are consistent with the actual composite size.It provides a new method for ultrasonic evaluation of explosive composite process of small diameter bar.
