Application of On-Line Comprehensive Testing Technology for Large Crude Oil Storage Tank

大型原油储罐的清罐检验需要花费大量的人力、物力和财力,且检验周期较长,甚至还会带来其他安全和环保问题。因此,在线检验技术在大型原油储罐检验中的应用越来越广泛。储罐潜在的失效模式主要有腐蚀、破裂、失稳等,对不同的失效模式开展了有针对性的在线检测,检测数据可为储罐整体基于风险的检验(RBI)提供科学的数据支撑,为储罐后期管理及维护提供相应的策略。

The inspection of the open tank for large crude oil tanks requires a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,and it also covers a long period.The inspection hence brings a lot of safety and environmental problems.Therefore,on-line inspection technology is applied more and more widely in large oil tank inspection.Potential failure modes of storage tanks include corrosion,rupture and instability,and targeted on-line detection methods are developed for different failure modes.The test data can provide scientific data support for the RBI of the tank as a whole,and provide corresponding strategies for the later management and maintenance of the tank.
