密封瓦燕尾槽的超声相控阵检测

Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing of Dovetail Groove in Seal Tiles

对密封瓦燕尾槽合金层脱黏缺陷的超声相控阵检测进行了研究,并对脱黏缺陷的波形进行了分析。结果表明:密封瓦燕尾槽重要位置的合金层脱黏缺陷均可进行超声相控阵检测,检测结果直观、检出率高,提高了信噪比。

Ultrasonic phased array testing were used to detect the layered defects of sealed dovetail groove alloy layer,and the waveforms of the layered defects were analyzed theoretically.The results show that the layered defects of the alloy layer at the important position of the seal tile dovetail groove can be detected by the ultrasonic phased array.The result is intuitive and the detection rate is high.
