摘要 针对厚度为10mm的Ti-6Al-4V合金激光选区熔化材料内部缺陷分别进行了常规射线照相检测和微焦点CT试验。结果表明,对于厚度10mm的Ti-6Al-4V合金激光选区熔化试样,射线照相技术可以识别尺寸(直径×长度)为?0.5mm×0.5mm的人工缺陷,气孔类缺陷检测灵敏度可达0.4mm,满足壁厚不大于10mm产品的质量检测要求。微焦点CT技术识别出试样内部最小缺陷尺寸约为33μm,经统计,90%以上内部缺陷尺寸在200μm以下,尺寸33μm以上缺陷孔隙率约为0.005 61%。射线照相检测技术主要用于相关产品的质量检测;微焦点CT技术具有更高的检测灵敏度,可用于不同尺寸缺陷的识别与表征。 Both conventional radiography and micro-CT experiments are performed on the internal defects detection of Ti-6 Al-4 Valloy material with a thickness of 10 mm manufactured by selective laser melting.According to the result,for the Ti-6 Al-4 Valloy component with a thickness of 10 mm,the artificial defect with size(diameter×length)of?0.5 mm×0.5 mm can be detected by conventional radiography technique,and the sensitivity of pore defect could reach 0.4 mm along the direction of 10 mm,which could meet the internal quality requirement for the products.The smallest defect detected by micro-CT is 33μm,and more than 90%of internal defects were of sizes less than 200μm and the proportion of porosity defects larger than 33μm is 0.005 61%.Radiography technique is mainly used for internal quality inspection of products,micro-CT technique has higher sensitivity and it can provide sufficient information for the identification and characterization of defects with different scales.
