摘要
在核电站系统中,汽轮机蒸汽与输水系统工作压力较高,运行条件相对苛刻。基于核电厂运行安全性考虑,需要对高压排气主管线外接支管及人孔门角接焊缝进行排查,以便及时发现缺陷并进行处理。经过技术比对最终选择相控阵超声技术进行检测,建立了相控阵超声检测工艺并应用于现场检测,检测出了较多不合格缺陷,且及时对缺陷进行了处理,消除了安全隐患,保证了电厂的运行安全。
In the nuclear power plant system,steam turbine and water conveyance system work under high pressure and the operating conditions are relatively harsh.Considering the operation safety of nuclear power plant,it is necessary to check the welding seam of the outer branch pipe and manhole gate of the high pressure exhaust line in order to find the defects and deal with them in time.Following a comparison on various testing methods,the phased array ultrasonic testing technology was established and applied to the field inspection.Many oversized defects were detected and dealt with in time,and the hidden trouble was therefore eliminated.Eventually,the above-mentioned measures ensure the safe operation of the power plant.
