摘要
某机涡轮叶片热障涂层在进行常规荧光渗透检测过程中,存在荧光背景过重及检测后涂层表面呈现黄绿色,而使得该检测方法具有一定的局限性,并引起了客户抱怨。采用过滤微粒渗透检测方法对该叶片涂层进行检测,将常规渗透检测方法和过滤性微粒渗透检测方法的检测结果进行对比分析,从而验证该方法的实用性,并最终在叶片热障涂层的检测中得以实施。
There are limitations and custom′s complaint on the excessive fluorescent background under U.V.light during testing and faint green-yellow background under white light after testing.The paper introduced the detection of the coating of the blade by filtration particle penetration detection method,and then compared and analyzed results between filtered particle testing and FPI.The practicability of the new testing method was verified and it was applied to the testing of TBC for engine turbine blade.
