风险管理是促进卫生监督履职,有效应对各类突发公共卫生事件的基础。鉴于当前卫生计生监督面临的复杂形势,在卫生监督执法过程中引入风险管理理念,主动发现风险、分析风险、控制风险,对于规范卫生监督执法行为,促进监督履职具有重要意义。

Risk management is the basis of promoting health supervision and coping with all kinds of public health emergencies effectively.In view of the complicated situation of health supervision and family planning,we introduce the idea of risk management in the course of health supervision and law enforcement aiming to identify risk,analyze risk and control risk actively.It plays great significance in regulating the behavior of health supervision and performing our duties.
