消毒产品经营单位是消费者购买消毒产品的直接途径,也是卫生计生综合监督部门重要的监督对象,本文通过对一起消毒产品经营单位经营的消毒产品标签说明书不符合国家卫生计生委有关规定的案件分析,思考卫生监督的对策,为切实做好消毒产品的监管提出建议。

Disinfection product business unit is a direct path for consumers buying disinfection products,and it is al-so an important supervisory object of health supervision department.This paper analyzes the case through the disinfection product label instruction of a disinfection product business unit which does not comply with relevant regulations of Na-tional Health and Family Planning Commission,to think about the health supervision countermeasures and to offer a proposal for doing a good job in supervising the disinfection products.
