本文通过对某所学校未取得医疗机构执业许可证开展诊疗活动以及教室采光、照明不符合国家有关标准案件展开分析,针对学校'无证行医'的认定以及教学环境相关标准的引用,指出在调查处理过程中存在的争议和考虑,为执法人员办理此类案件提供参考,并进一步提出完善法律法规和规范学校卫生管理的建议。

Through the analysis of a School Practice License of Medical Institution obtained in Clinical Activities and Classroom Lighting are not in conformity with the relevant State Standard Case,in view of the Identification of'Unlicensed Medical Work'in School and the reference of relevant Standards of Circumstance,points out the disputes and considerations in the process of investigation,provide a reference for law enforcement officers to deal with such cases,and further to put forward Suggestions on improving laws and regulations and regulating school health management.
