摘要
目的通过HIMSS评审,加强电子病历建设,达到电子病历信息的共享与利用。方法针对电子病历的信息完整性和无纸化、临床数据仓库和结构化病历进行改进。结果实现了电子病历信息的共享和利用。包括:(1)同类诊疗信息纵向查询;(2)不同时段诊疗信息横向查询;(3)医护技药人员信息共享和利用。结论 HIMSS评审促进了电子病历信息的共享和利用。
Objective To strengthen the construction of electronic medical records through HIMSS accreditation to achieve the sharing and use of electronic medical records information. Method Improvement was made for the integrity of information and paperless in electronic medical records,clinical data warehousing and structured medical records. Result To achieve sharing and use of electronic medical records information includes,( 1) longitudinal inquiry of similar medical information;( 2) lateral inquiry of medical information at different time;( 3) sharing and use of personnel information of doctors,nurses,technicians and pharmacists. Conclusion HIMSS accreditation can promote information sharing and use of electronic medical records information.
