摘要
目的应用商务智能技术(BI)对医院信息资源进行深加工,为医院管理提供决策支持。方法利用BI系统构建、数据仓库与挖掘工具、BI功能展示以及决策树等方法,建立基于BI技术的医院管理信息系统。结果确立了医院运营、医疗质量和绩效管理等三大主题的信息利用价值;商务智能技术在急性心梗的入门至球囊扩张时间(DtoB时间)的持续改进中具有较高的信息利用价值。结论商业智能技术对提高医院管理效率,提升医院医疗质量水平具有非常重要的促进作用。
Objective To use business intelligence( BI) technology for processing hospital information resources to provide decision support for hospital management. Method By using BI system construction,data warehousing and mining tools,BI features demonstration and decision tree method,hospital management information system was set up based on BI technology. Result The information utility value of the hospital three topics of operation,medical quality and performance management was established. Business intelligence technology had high information utilization value in the continuous improvement from entry of acute myocardial infarction to balloon time( DtoB time). Conclusion Business intelligence technology has a very important role in improving efficiency of hospital management,and promoting medical quality level.
