摘要
从科学谋划,健全体系,共担责任;学习标准,分解任务,建章立制;内外并举,加强培训,督导落实;树立标杆,以点带面,提升内涵等4方面,阐述了第二周期三级甲等综合医院复核评审实践情况。借助医院评审的深入开展,促进了医院管理长效机制的形成,促进了医院质量管理的标准化、数字化、常态化,实现了医疗质量的持续改进。
The second phase of Class- 3A comprehensive hospital rechecking accreditation was discussed from four aspects,including scientific scheme,perfecting system and sharing responsibilities; studying standard,decomposing tasks and establishing regulations; auditing internally and externally,strengthening training,supervising and implementing; setting up benchmarking departments,fanning out from point to area and promoting connotation. The implementation of hospital accreditation had formed long- term mechanism of hospital management,promoted standardization,digitalization and normalization of hospital management,and achieved continuous improvement of medical quality.
