摘要
引入品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环,对住院患者保留灌肠有效率进行查检,确定无效项目,针对性分析原因并寻找真因,从改良保留灌肠器具、改进工作流程、加强年轻护理人员专业技能培训3方面进行改进,使住院患者保留灌肠有效率从69%提高至92%,减轻了病人痛苦,提高了病人满意度。
Following the PDCA cycle principle,the quality control circle( QCC) was used to investigate the efficiency of retention enema among inpatients. The invalid items were made clear with targeted analysis and finding the real reasons. Improvements were made from three aspects,including improving retention enema appliance,improving workflow,and strengthening professional training of young nurses,which increased the efficiency of retention enema among inpatients from 69 % % to 92%,reducing the suffering of patients and improving patient satisfaction.
