摘要
成立舒适圈,遵循PDCA循环,针对"提高床单位护理合格率"开展活动,从逐级培训护理人员、责任护士加强宣教、护士长落实检查与考核、寻找并设计更好的床上用品等4方面进行改进,使患者床单位护理合格率由50.4%提高到90.8%,提高了患者舒适度和满意度。
Following the PDCA cycle,the Comfort- group was set up to carry out activities for ' increasing qualified rate of nursing per bed'. Improvement had been made from four aspects of training of nursing staff of different levels,increasing publicity of primary nurse,head nurse strengthening inspection and assessment,searching and designing better bedding. It made the qualified rate of nursing per bed increase from 50. 4% to 90. 8%,and significantly improved patient's comfort and satisfaction.
