摘要
从管理工程角度出发,尝试运用质量功能展开(QFD)方法,构建血站质量屋。运用鱼骨图分析血站服务质量影响因素,细分血液采集、血液标本检测、血液使用环节服务对象的需求与期望,依次构建血站质量屋"左墙"、"天花板"、"屋顶"、"房间"、"右墙"和"地板",为血站提高服务水平、实施改进措施提供方法参考。
From the perspective of management engineering,try using quality function deployment( QFD) method,to build the quality houses of blood stations. Blood stations using the fishbone diagram analysis service quality factors of blood collection,blood samples and segmentation using link the needs and expectations of the service object,in order to build the quality houses of blood stations ' left wall', ' ceiling', ' roof' and ' room', ' right' and ' floor',for the blood stations method to improve the service level,the implementation of improvement measures to provide reference.
