摘要
目的:对国内外长处方服务进行对比分析,为我国长处方服务提供政策建议。方法:运用文献分析和对比分析法,研究国内外长处方政策。结果:我国长处方试点地区做法不尽相同,在处方开具人、处方时限等方面与国外有差异。结论:我国要建立统一的长处方管理规范,发挥药师的重要作用,健全医生和药师的激励机制,加快信息化建设。
Objective To compare and analyze long-term prescription services at home and abroad,and provide policy recommendations for long-term prescription services in China.Methods Using literature analysis and comparative analysis to study long-term prescription policies in China and abroad.Results The practice in China’s pilot areas is not the same,and there are differences in prescriptions and prescription time limits.Conclusion China should establish a unified long-term prescription management norm,play an important role of pharmacists,improve the incentive mechanism of doctors and pharmacists,and accelerate the construction of information technology.
