摘要
医院物资种类繁多、消耗量大、涉及业务环节多、管理难度大,是医院加强成本控制的重点。建立既符合医院实际,又能提高服务效率和效果、保障质量安全的物资管理内部控制体系尤为重要。本文以北京清华长庚医院为例,结合其物资管理各环节内部控制管控点及信息化建设,提出基于信息化的全流程物资内部控制体系建设思路。
A wide variety of materials,large consumption,many business links,and difficult management are key points for hospitals to strengthening cost control.It is especially important to establish an internal control system for material management that meets the needs of the hospital,improves service efficiency and effectiveness,and guarantees quality and safety.Taking Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital as an example,this paper combined the internal control points and information construction of all aspects of material management,and proposed the construction of internal control system based on information technology.
