摘要
文章采用运动表象问卷(SIQ)量表对山西大同大学体育学院学生进行测评与分析,结果表明体育专业大学生运动表象总体得分较高;不同的运动项目之间表象训练效果也不同;大学生运动员与非运动员之间存在明显差异,运动员总体成绩高于非运动员;不同性别比较时,差异也较为显著;运动表象得分高低与运动员表象使用频率多少有关。
To understand Shanxi normal university college PE majors motor imagery form and its influencing factors. This paper uses sports representation questionnaire(SIQ) scale to test university students in Datong Shanxi athletics evaluation and do analysis, and finds that college PE majors motor imagery overall score is higher; representation training effect is different in different sports; there are significant differences between college athletes and amateur players, and in view of the overall achievement, athletes are higher than amateurs; there are also significant differences in different genders; motor imagery on scoring has relations with athletes representation frequancy.
