运动训练专业大学生技能与就业倾向关系研究

On the Relations between Sports Training Majors' Professional Skills and Employment Tendency

文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,专家访谈法对运动训练专业大学生技能与就业倾向关系进行研究。研究结果表明:运动训练专业大学生的技能相对比较高,有扎实的技能功底,但是文化素质相对比较差,专业方面的理论知识欠缺。学校没有进行就业规划培训,大部分学生毕业后找工作比较迷茫。根据当前就业形势背景,拥有较高的运动技能和全方面的专业理论知识才有机会在社会上谋得好工作。

This paper mainly studies the relations between sports training majors' professional skills and their employment tendency through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, expert interview.The results show that:sports training majors have a relatively high level athletic skills and solid foundation of basic athletic skills, while their humanities quality and professional sports training theory are relatively insufficient. Universities are lack of professional employment planning training which makes most of graduates difficult and confused to find a good job. Based on the current employment situation, students can have the opportunity to get a good job in society, only if they have high athletic skills and comprehensive professional theory knowledge.
