摘要
采用问卷调查等方法对山西省705名中小学体育教师的职业倦怠现状进行调查与分析,结果显示:山西省中小学体育教师在倦怠三维度上的得分平均数都没有超过理论中值3分,职业倦怠并不严重,但女体育教师情绪衰竭度显著高于男体育教师;身处中年的中级职称以及教龄在11~15年的体育教师自我发展及生活双重压力较大,职业倦怠较为严重。
The investigation and analysis adapted the method of questionnaire of burnout of 705 P.E. teachers at primary and middle school in Shan Xi province showed that their job burnout was not serious. The average score at three dimension of burnout in primary and middle school was not higher than that of the theoretical value in the three points. However, the female PE teacher’s emotional exhaustion was obviously higher than the male teachers because middle-aged and 11-15-year old PE teachers had heavy selfdevelopment and life pressure.
