摘要
目的研究不同剂型气雾剂对蟑螂的杀灭效果。方法点滴法和室内药效试验。结果测试了4种不同剂型气雾剂对美洲大蠊的杀灭效果,药效顺序为油基型气雾剂>油包水乳液型气雾剂>醇基型气雾剂>非乳液水基型气雾剂。结论油包水乳液水基型气雾剂对蟑螂药效接近油基型气雾剂,同时具有安全环保的优点,是值得推广的用于蟑螂防治的气雾剂剂型。
Objective To understand the efficacy of aerosol with different formulation against cockroaches. Methods Using topical application and laboratory bioassay methods. Results The results showed that the efficacy of aerosol followed the order,oil-based aerosol > water-in-oil emulsion type water-based aerosol > alcohol-based aerosol >non emulsion type water-based aerosol. Conclusion The efficacy of aerosol with water-in-oil emulsion formula is close to that of oil-based aerosol,at the same time,water-in-oil emulsion holds notable advantages of safety and environmental protection worth of promoting in cockroach control.
