气质法测定蚊香中4种有效成分的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立一种准确、快速,同时测定蚊香中4种有效成分的气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS),并且分析比较其中成分及使用。方法采用Rtx-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温,EI源,对蚊香中4种有效成分即烯丙菊酯、炔丙菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、氯氟醚菊酯进行GC-MS分析,并对其进行定性鉴定和定量分析。结果该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 99,回收率为94.3%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为1.96%。结论用此方法检测了蚊香中4种有效成分的含量,分离效果非常好,准确度和精密度都非常高,快速而简便,同时达到了定性鉴定和定量分析的要求。 Objective To establish an accurate,rapid and simultaneous determination of four active ingredients in mosquito repellent with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC- MS). Methods Rtx- 5MS column( 30 m× 0. 25 mm × 0. 25 μm),temperature programming and electron impact ionsource were applied in the determination of four active ingredients,as S-bioallethrin,prallethrin,dimefluthrin,and meperfluthrin. Results The linearly dependent coefficient of this method was 0. 999 99 and the recovery rates were from 94. 3% to 98. 7%. Conclusion This method of determination four active ingredients in mosquito repellent displayed some advantages,such as good separation effect,high accuracy and precision. It can reach qualitative identification and quantitative analysis.
