如皋口岸医学媒介监测分析

摘要 目的了解如皋口岸主要医学媒介生物的种群分布和季节消长情况,为防治提供科学依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和盒式诱捕法,对如皋口岸内的鼠形动物、蝇类、蚊类和蟑螂4类医学媒介生物进行密度监测。结果如皋口岸的鼠形动物以黄胸鼠(32%)为主,其次为黑线姬鼠(28%);蚊类以三带喙库蚊(71.47%)为优势种,其次为淡色库蚊(23.95%);蝇类以丝光绿蝇(42.57%)为主,其次为大头金蝇(35.4%);蟑螂为德国小蠊(95.02%)和黑胸大蠊(4.98%)。结论通过监测基本掌握了如皋口岸医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,提高了如皋口岸医学媒介生物监测和防控的能力。 Objective To investigate the density of medical vectors at Rugao port and provide references for the vectors control. Methods Night trap method,cage-traps,lamp-traps and sticky box-traps were used in the density investigation of rat-shape animals,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in the port. Results The dominant rat-shape animal was Rattus tanezumi( 32%),followed by Apodemus agrarius( 28%). The dominant masquito species were Culex triaenorhynchus( 71. 47%) and Culex pipiens pallens( 23. 95%). The flies were mainly Chrysomyia megacephala( 42. 57%) and Lucilia sericata( 35. 4%). The cockroaches were mainly Blattlella germanica( 95. 02%) and Periplaneta fuliginosa( 4. 98%). Conclusion The species structure,habitat distribution and seasonal varieties of the biological vectors at Rugao port are fundamentally grasped.
