摘要
目的测定XM2105型百杀净雾化剂的穿透性灭蟑效果。方法以德国小蠊、美洲大蠊为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机对XM2105型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场药效研究。结果 XM2105型百杀净雾化剂穿透性试验结果显示,投药密闭后击倒率、72 h死亡率都随着3个梯度药量的递增而增加,2种试虫投药密闭后击倒率、72 h死亡率都随着纱布层数的递增而降低;对德国小蠊的击倒率和杀灭率优于对美洲大蠊的。结论 XM2105型百杀净雾化剂穿透纱布后对德国小蠊和美洲大蠊具有较好的杀灭效果。
Objective To study the penetration effect of the XM2105-Baishajing spray agent against the cockroaches. Methods Analogous field test was conducted to evaluate the control effect of Baishajing spray agent against Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana. Results The knocking down rate and 72 h mortality increased with the increasing dosage of the agent,and decreased with the gauze layers. The control effect of the agent against Blattella germanica was better than the effect of the agent against Periplaneta americana. Conclusion After penetrating the gauze,XM2105-Baishajing spray agent displayed good control effect against Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana.
