朱德是伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家、军事家、中华人民共和国元帅,其军事生涯和革命生涯开始于滇军。在滇军长达13年(1909—1922)的军事生涯中先后经历了云南陆军讲武堂学习、云南重九起义、滇南剿匪、护国讨袁和靖国战争等一系列重大事件,是中国共产党内投身军界最早、参与过战争次数最多的领袖和元帅。

Zhu De is a great proletarian revolutionist,politician,military strategist,marshal of the People’s Republic of China,whose military career and revolutionary career began in Yunnan army.In his 13 years(1909-1922)military career he has gone through the study in Yunnan Army School,Yunnan Heavy Nine Uprising,southern Yunnan bandits,protect the country and Yuan Jing War and a series of major events,He is the leader and marshal of CPC who joins the army first and participates in the most wars.
