教育再思考:基于学习特质视角

Reconsideration of the Education from Learning Perspective

教育伴随人类社会的产生而出现。现实中,人们常常把教育限定在学校范围中,一方面将教育等同于学习,另一方面忽视教育活动的个体性。事实上两类实践都是个性化程度极高的活动,二者本身就相互兼容。学习因其与生俱来的主动性、发展性和构造性等特质,要求教育活动必须是能动的、联系的和建构的。作为教育本身,如何运用学习这一基本手段,构造出生命动态存在的"人",以达到真正培养人的本质,正是当前教育需要正视的问题。

Human society is accompanied by the appearance of education.In reality,we often limit education in schools.On one hand we hold that education equals learning.On the other hand,we ignore the individuality in education activities.In fact,both are highly personalized activities and the two are compatible with each other.Initiative,expansibility and constructivity of learning require dynamic,associative and constructive education activities.For education itself,how to apply learning as a basic method to construct'human'with the existence of life and reach the essence of cultivating people is the central issue that we need to face squarely.
