摘要
建立权力清单制度是推进我国高职院校内部治理结构完善的重要举措。当前,建立权力清单推进高职院校内部治理结构完善过程中仍然面临着一些现实困境,需要加强学院章程建设,明确界定高职院校内部各类权力;建立高职院校内部权力清单和责任清单;建立权力清单的动态管理机制;畅通民主监督的渠道。
Establishing the power list system is an important measure to improve the internal governance structure of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are some practical difficulties when the power list system is established. We need to develop effective regulations, establish the internal power list and responsibility list, set up dynamic management mechanism of power list, and open the channels of democratic supervision.
