摘要
焊接电流和焊接压力是影响凸焊接头质量的重要工艺参数。通过有限元分析软件simufactwelding,建立了多场耦合凸焊的有限元仿真模型。对6063铝合金薄板焊接过程中模型的简化对温度场和残余应力场的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当焊接电流为35kA,焊接压力为5kN时,使用1/5模型的模拟结果接近完整模型,计算时间可以节省近70%。经过实验比较,发现接头焊核的仿真尺寸与实验实际尺寸吻合较好。因此,该模型能够准确地反映焊接过程,为进一步优化参数提供基础。
Welding current and welding pressure are the important process parameters that affect the quality of the projection welding.Through the finite element analysis software simufact-welding,a multi-field finite element simulation model of coupling welding is established.The effects of the simplified model on the temperature field and the residual stress field during the welding of 6063 aluminum alloy sheet arre studied.The results show that when the welding current is 35 kA and the welding pressure is 5 kN,the simulation results using 1/5 model are close to the complete model,and the calculation time can be saved by nearly 70%.After experimental comparison,it is found that the simulation size of weld nugget is in good agreement with the actual size of the experiment.Therefore,the model can accurately reflect the welding process and provide the basis for further optimization of the parameters.
