法治边疆的构建与发展对增强边疆社会各民族民众的国家认同感具有重要的现实意义。在当前阶段,我们必须着眼于在国家框架下推进边疆社会的法治化进程,引导边疆社会民众将对国家法的认同次序置于本民族传统的习惯法之上,以此为基础强化边疆社会民众的国家公民身份,进而通过边疆社会政治文化环境的营造和政治社会化的进一步发展,加大力量培育边疆社会民众的法治认同意识,型塑现代化的法治观念与法治意识,将各类民族异质文化统一到以法治理念为精神内核的公共交往平台之上,最终在边疆社会形成法治化的边疆治理新模式,以适应新时代对边疆社会提出的新要求。

The construction and development of border areas under the rule of law is of great practical significance for enhancing the national identity of people of all ethnic groups in frontier areas.At the current stage,we must focus on promoting the legalization process of frontier society under the national framework,and guide the people of frontier society to put the order of identity of national law above the customary law of their own national tradition,so as to strengthen their national citizenship.Through frontier social construction of the political and cultural environment and the further development of the political socialization,more power should be exerted to foster the frontier of social public identity consciousness of rule of law,shape modern concept of rule of law with the rule of law consciousness,unify national cultures to the spiritual kernel of the thought of rule of law on public communication platform,finally form a frontier governance mode in the frontier society under the rule of law to adapt to the new requirements puts forward for the frontier society in the new era.
