生态文明视野下旅游区洋人街的现状与发展探究——以大理洋人街为例

Research on the Current Situation and Development of Foreigner's Street in the Tourist Area from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization:A Case Study of Foreigner's Street in Dali

生态文明以和谐为生态伦理基础、以和合为最终价值取向。在现代旅游经济背景下,洋人街已成为旅游区的金字招牌,在旅游经济的发展中以及传统文化的保护中扮演重要角色。但洋人街旅游产业发展的同时,也存在经营者与原住民争利、经营者与管理者博弈等现象。为了规避与消除这些不利因素,维护洋人街的和谐发展,人们应该记住乡愁,守护传统;引入生态文化新理念,促进当地生态文明建设;也应利用市场经济原则与法律规范对旅游业进行规约。只有这样,才能保障各旅游主体的利益,也才能保障洋人街健康持续地发展。
