新常态下边境地区要素驱动型县域经济发展问题研究——以麻栗坡县为研究对象

Study on the Intra-county Economic Development of Factor-Driven in Border Region under the New Normal:A Case Study of Malipo County

通过灰色关联度方法,分析新常态下麻栗坡县经济发展的影响因素,计算结果表明麻栗坡县经济发展主要靠农业、工业和劳动力投入等要素驱动。要素驱动型经济发展具有不可持续性,新常态下麻栗坡县要保证经济的可持续发展,就要坚持要素驱动向创新驱动转变,实现这一转变的主要途径是优化要素结构,关键是优化农业结构、工业结构和劳动力结构。

The paper analyzes the influencing factors of economic development in Malipo County under the new normal condition through GRA approach.The results show that the economic development of Malipo county is mainly driven by agriculture,industry and labor force.Factor-driven economic development is unsustainable.Therefore,to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of Malipo county under the new normal,we must adhere to transformation of economy from the elements-driven to innovation-driven.The main method to achieve this transformation is to optimize the elements of the structure,optimize agricultural structure,industrial structure and labor structure.
