摘要 应用型院校转型工作可以视为院校促进自身的教育思想、教学定位、教师发展、专业设置、课程开发等要素从无序转变为有序的行为。随着高等教育改革的深化,市场对于人才的需求趋于多元化,在此背景下,诸多地方综合型院校转型为应用型院校。然而,综合型院校向应用型院校的转变并非院校转型的终点。为响应日益深化的社会经济与产业结构改革工作,应用型院校作为完整的自组织系统,还需基于自组织理论,不断主动适应区域经济发展与国家政策,持续推进自身的转型工作,提升服务地区经济发展的能力。 The transition of application-oriented colleges and universities can be regarded as an approach of institutions to promote their own educational ideology,teaching orientation,teachers development,professional settings,curriculum development and other elements from disorder to order.With the deepening of higher education reform,the demand for talents in the market tends to be diversified.In this context,many local comprehensive colleges and universities have been transformed into application-oriented institutions.However,the transition is not the end point of the reform.In response to the deepening reform of social economy and industrial structure,as a complete self-organizing system,application-oriented colleges and universities need to actively adapt to the regional economic development and the appeal of national policies based on the theory of self-organization,so as to contentiously promote their own transitional work and enhance the ability to serve the economic development of the region.
