摘要 地方高校在培养小学教育专业学生专业实践能力中存在缺乏整体性和系统性、缺少明确的目标任务、实践能力培养与现实需求相脱节、教育实践过程监督不力等问题。为了把小学教育专业学生实践能力培养工作落到实处,高校应结合小学教育教学实际开展理论教学,促进理论教学与实践教学的融合;强化实践技能的培养;丰富实践教学的形式;加强教育实践环节的监督。同时,高校应从教师队伍能力提升、实习基地建设、建立激励机制等方面提供保障条件。 There are some problems in the training of professional practice ability of primary school students in local colleges,such as lack of integrity and systematicness,lack of clear goal requirements,disconnection between practical ability training and practical needs,and weak supervision of educational practice process.In order to develop the practical ability of primary education students,local colleges should carry out theoretical teaching in combination with the actual teaching of primary education,promote the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,strengthen the cultivation of practical skills,enrich the form of practical teaching,and strengthen the supervision of educational practice.At the same time,local Colleges should provide the guarantee conditions from the aspects of improving the ability of teachers,constructing the practice base and establishing the incentive mechanism.
