摘要
以丘北辣椒为原料,提取辣椒素后添加蔗糖粉、酸梅粉、薄荷脑等辅料研制辣椒口含片。通过正交实验优选得到口含片的最佳配比为:蔗糖粉50 g、甘露醇40 g、酸梅粉10 g、微晶纤维素10 g、余干子粉5g、辣椒素浸膏0.4 g、薄荷脑0.4 g、羟丙基甲基纤维素7 g、聚丙烯酸树脂10 g。在此条件下可制得酸辣协调、口感独特、表面光滑、含化性良好,具有提神醒脑功效的辣椒口含片。
The study uses pepper of Qiubei as raw material.Capsaicin is prepared by alcohol extraction method.The sucrose powder,smoked plum powder,menthol are used as supplementary materials of pepper buccal tablets.The optimal formula conditions are determined by orthogonal experiment design.The results show that the optimum formula of pungency buccal tablets are sucrose powder 50 g,mannitol 40 g,smoked plum powder 10 g,microcrystalline cellulose 10 g,phyllanthus emblic powder 5 g,capsaicin 0.4 g,menthol 0.4 g,hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 7 g,polyacrylic resin 10 g.In this process pepper buccal tablets can be obtained with unique sour and spicy taste,smooth surface,better solubility and refreshing function.
