摘要
从工资角度研究劳动生产率的传统研究忽视了空间关联性,基于劳动投入理论建立'工资—地区劳动生产率'空间计量模型对此问题进行扩展。对30个省、市和自治区实际工资与劳动生产率数据进行空间计量分析,结果表明劳动生产率具有显著的空间相关性、实际工资对劳动生产率的影响具有显著的空间溢出性、人均资本和财政支出是劳动生产率提高的关键因素,出口、产业结构、人力资本、FDI对劳动生产率具有显著的影响,而RD投入影响不显著。为了更好地提高劳动生产率,要充分发挥劳动产率的空间聚集优势、工资增长要考虑工资的空间分布、采取多种措施提高劳动生产率。
Spatial correlation is ignored by traditional productivity study from wage perspective.The problem is improved by'wage-local productivity'spatial model.Based on spatial econometric analysis on wages and productivities from 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,spatial correlation of productivity is found.Real wages had significant spatial spillover effect on labor productivity.Per-capita capital and fiscal expenditure are the key factors to improve labor productivity.Exports,industrial structure,human capital and FDI have significant effect on labor productivity,but RD investment has not significant effect.In order to improve labor productivity,we should take full aggregation advantage of productivity,the spatial distribution of wages should be taken into account when wage was raised,and various measures should be adopted to improve labor productivity.
