摘要
文章采用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法以及调查法对健美操与'四操'(自由体操、艺术体操、啦啦操和民族健身操)之间的技术性偏离及整合进行分析和应用研究,找出操类项目技术之间的共性技术动作。研究发现健美操与'四操'之间存在运动技能正迁移情况,在今后教学、理论知识讲解以及套路编排中可进行运用,为今后的教学与训练提供了'一技多用'的发散思维模式,同时能有效区别不同项目的技术特点,找出相关项目之间的技术性分离并进行整合归类。
The paper makes an analysis and applied study of skills deviation and integration between aesthetic gymnastics and four gymnastics—free,aesthetic,artistic,cheerleading and national gymnastics through literature,observation,interview and investigation methods,aiming at discussing sports skills transfer among gymnastics and finding out skills deviation and integration among them to improve teaching approaches.Shared skill movements are obtained,which can be applied in future teaching,theoretical explanation and movements designs and helpful in distinguishing different skills features in different gymnastics.The study obtains positive transfer cases between aesthetic gymnastics and four gymnastics,which provides a divergent thinking mode of'one movement with multiple uses'for future teaching and training.
