摘要
为正确评析管道弯头用超声导波检出的缺陷,避免错漏评,用数值仿真拟定两种补偿修正法。对人工缺陷轴向和周向仿真测评值与实验测评值一一作了比照,发现两者基本一致。此补偿修正法对弯头缺陷导波检测有效评定有一定实用价值。
This article describes the two compensation methods established by numerical simulation in order to correctly evaluate defects at pipe elbows detected by guided wave testing and avoid misjudging the seriousness of defects.Comparing the measurement data obtained by simulation and experiment for artificial flaws in axial and circumferential positions,agood correlation between them could be confirmed.So,this compensation method is valuable for effective evaluation of pipe elbow defects by guided wave testing.
