摘要
对某工厂内甲醇气化装置中存在的55台压力容器实施基于RBI技术的风险评估;介绍了RBI技术的应用背景及实施作业的基本步骤,分析了评估范围内压力容器存在的失效模式,并对容器的风险等级进行了计算,提出在线降险实施计划,最后制定了具有针对性的全面检验检测方案,为2019年12月该装置的全面停机进行定期检验提供了参考。
The risk assessment of 55 pressure vessels in a methanol gasification plant was carried out based on RBI technology;Introduce that application background of RBI technology and the basic steps of carry out the operation and the failure mode of the pressure vessel in the evaluation range is analyzed.The risk level of the container is calculated and proposed an online risk reduction implementation plan.Finally,A targeted comprehensive inspection and testing scheme was developed,which provided a reference for the regular inspection of the device during the total shutdown in December 2019.
