摘要
在β-内酰胺抗生素筛选过程中,超敏感菌是主要的筛选模型之一。这种菌株一般由耐药性革兰氏阴性菌经诱变而产生,它对β—内酰胺类抗生素具有高度敏感性,而对其(?)抗生素存在一定的耐性,利用它可检测微生物产生的微量的β-内酰胺类抗生素。本文叙述了一株来源于绿脓杆菌的超敏感菌的分离过程,并观察了它对抗生素的敏感性等有关的微生物学特性。
Mutant Ps-539/10 was obtained by mutation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Ps-539 which was highly resistant to various kinds of antibiotics.This mutant was specifically super-sensitive to various β-lactam antibiotics but resistant to other groups of antibiotics. Morphological and physiological properties of Ps-539/10 and its utilization to carbon sources were quite similar to Ps-539. Further investigation showed that mutant Ps-539/10was not almost able to produce β-lamtamases, and so was susceptible to β-lactam antibiotics.
